Tony Vidal, President and Chief Executive Officer, was born in El Salvador in 1958. He was raised in the television environment as his father helped begin the first television station in El Salvador. Tony moved to Leamington with his family in 1970. His father started a consumer electronics service where Tony found his true calling in electronics. He graduated from Spec Howard School of Broadcast Arts, Michigan in 1982 rejoining his father's business shortly thereafter. Tony began the process of applying for a low-power television station in 2001. TROY-ANN MASSAD - STATION MANAGER
Troy-Ann Massad graduated from Conestoga College with a degree in Radio and Television Broadcasting and began her career in Radio with CJXY (Y95.3) and CHML (900) in Hamilton where she produced and voiced commercials for three years. After taking time to raise a family Troy-Ann returned to Leamington where in April 2008 she joined CFTV 34 as part-time Assignment Editor. Troy-Ann is enjoying her postition as Executive Assistant, Director, Producer, Editor, Volunteer Coordinator, etc., etc.
Bill Gay is one of the volunteer original staff at CFTV. He began working in Leamington as a radio broadcaster in 1965. At CFTV Bill wears many hats. He covers Town Council every Monday night and is the host of "The Auto Stop" show featuring Leamington's own Bill Sherk. Bill's main duty at CFTV is on air talent as news anchor.
ANDREW BUKOVAC - Editor
A charismatic and devoted individual, Andrew Bukovac has been working at CFTV since September of 2009. Taking on many roles behind the scenes (Chief Editor/Graphic Designer, Director, Camera Man, Producer and Jib-Arm operator), Andrew is probably known most amongst the public for his iconic performance as the co-host of CFTV's hit show Community Corner and Entertainment Reporter for CFTV Action News . Currently on leave to attend the prestigious Humber College for Film and Television Production, he still makes his presence known as part-time editor on a multitude of projects.
TINA WELLS - STORY TELLER/ NEWS
Tina Wells anchors our Weekend News, is the host of "The Storyteller" and occasionally helps out as a field reporter. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia - Tina grew up acting, singing and dancing her way through childhood. After landing a scholarship to attend Florida State University's prestigious BFA Program, Tina went on to become an actress, music director, radio personality and television host in Georgia, Florida, Alabama and Louisiana. In 1995, Tina moved to Ontario to raise a family and live "the simple life". By 2002 she was back on the air as "Chazrin Blake" - hosting the mid-day show for CHYR and freelancing as an actress/voice-over artist in commercials and an indie film. In 2008, Tina received a certificate in Addictions Counseling and Community Services, graduated with honors and was named "Spotlight Student of the Year." When not on the air, Tina also enjoys living a fabulous life with her two children, traveling the World and being happily employed with LandMark Canada. twells@cftv34.tv
Kevin McShan - Reporter

Kevin McShan is a graduate of the St. Clair College Journalism Print and New Media Program. His passion lies in telling the stories of peopl who can't otherwise tell their own individual story themselves. He spent the better part of two years covering a variety of different sports from college athletics to all four major Detroit sports teams. During his tenure at St. Clair college he was awarded the "Most Improved" Journalist Award in two consecutive years. He also served as the assistant sports editor for the St. Clair College Journalism Newspaper the Converged Citizen as well as serving a sports reporter for the St. Clair College athletic department.
He has cerebral palsy. However, that doesn't deter him from accomplishing his goals. His role at CFTV34 is to cover local high school sports, as well as community interest stories. He is looking forward to going into the community and hearing your story.
